Meditation Expectations

The biggest blockage to meditation is our expectations. These are based upon what others have experienced and what we would like to experience. Meditation based expectations are even based upon what the teacher is capable of receiving and therefore what is taught by the teacher.

Meditation is a route for one thing, communion with the Source Entity, our God and the responses we gain through meditation are based upon our own experience and dedication.

In light of this we may receive information based upon clairsentience, clairaudience or clairvoyance. All are relative. We may also receive none of those but are bathed in an energy of bliss and love. If however we desire our meditation to be based upon bliss and love from the Source we may receive clairsentient, clairaudient or clairvoyant information and be disappointed. If we desire our meditation to be based upon clairsentient, clairaudient or clairvoyant information and receive bliss and love from the Source we may also be disappointed

Based upon this ‘Expect Everything and Nothing’ when meditating and place yourself in the position of being able to accept and enjoy any feed-back experienced, whether it be information about the greater reality and its entities or a calm, relaxed bliss state.

Expect Everything and Nothing and gain what is relevant to you in your meditation every time you meditate, avoiding disappointment, frustration and blockages in the process.

This is a wonderful reminder of what we experienced in the workshop. We all went to the same level, yet there were differing experiences as to what was shared in the room about the level. They are a tailored personal experience.
