More recently, I have noticed the increase in VERY highly evolved beings that have incarnated, specifically in China.
Some of these individuals have evolved beyond the need to incarnate to evolve, but never the less they are here on Earth. They are here for a single life, one that does not accrue Karma.
These incarnates are here for a single mission, to be the parent – the mother – for a significantly different race of children, one that is limited to twelve in number, one that is going to significantly accelerate the ascension process of incarnate mankind.
They are the parents of the White Children!

They will be scattered all over the world, not just in China, equi-distant to each other. There are twelve because twelve is an important function of the structure of the Source and the Origin. I have just been told that it also has a geometric function in how it affects our ascension process. Blessings Guy
